The Transgenic Platform at TranslaTUM offers to researchers the generation of genetically modified mice.

• Consultation and support with the planning of transgenic projects
• Delivery of gene editing tools like CRISPR/Cas9 into mouse zygotes via pronuclear injection/ electroporation for the generation of knock-out and knock-in mice
